Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and securely package your gear in its original protective wrapping.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all original tags and grip plastic remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
